1. Project initiation

We prepare feasibility studies and define the cost and time objectives with you. We also assist you in obtaining the required permits from public authorities.

2. Planning & design

We advise you on the selection of the parties involved in the planning & design and supervise all planning & design phases of the construction project through to the granting of the building permit and the completion of the detailed design that serves as the basis for the execution.

3. Preparation of the execution

In the tendering and contract award phase, we assist you with contract management services to establish a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation of the project.

4. Execution phase

During the construction, we manage the project in your best interests to ensure that the defined cost, deadline and quality specifications are met.

5. Project closure

For the project closure, we support you in all acceptance procedures with the authorities having jurisdiction as well as with the planners/designers and contractors involved and manage the commissioning of the building.

We define with you the project objectives to be achieved and manage the project accordingly over its entire run. If we identify deviations, we initiate appropriate corrective action.
